A Searing Faith, the first book in the epic fantasy mystery series The Heart Pyre, is now finally also on itch.io! Follow 16-year-old Rena and her companions while they try to figure out what truly happened to Rena's hometown, why the Royal Council insists the fire was simply a tragic accident, and what the old, forgotten Gods have to do with any of this?

The story focuses on familial bonds, an exploration of loss and grief, and hope in the face of darkness.

A Searing Faith is also the novelisation of the first season of the eponymous interactive audio drama The Heart Pyre, and season 2 will start releasing on the 28th of September. After each episode, listeners will have 2 weeks to vote between 3 paths to decide how Rena's adventure continues. If listening to audio dramas isn't your cup of tea, the transcripts will also be uploaded at the same time, so anyone who's interested could simply read along and still get a chance to vote on the story.
